6 months ago I quit a job which tried to force me to work for two with no salary increase after year one, and with a 1% increase (=not even a $500 increase) in year two. As I was quitting, they made us learn the responsibilities of another department, actively trying to make us work for TWO departments (it was never in our contacts), while rejecting our request for a pay increase. I felt right away and I’m taking a few people with me.

My new job is soooo much better. I’m giving it my all, but I still have time to work on my side hustle and prepare for the Great Resignation. I gave myself 2 years to do that. Let’s see what happens.
