Amazing article. The reason Medium algorithm recommended it to me is probably because I wrote about my goal to retire at 45 by using passive income from real estate. I’m not as fast as you are, I will only be able to get my 1st property when I’m 29, not 21. :)

I talk about passive income all the time, and my friends are all annoyed with me. It’s nice to see I’m not the only one thinking about it.
