I wouldn't want to date a man who would be weirded out my a girl making more. That's a huge insecurity, and while we all have our flaws, people with such insecurities are not a good partner material. Life changes all the time: one day one of you earns more, the next day they lose their job and stay unemployed for a bit. We should be happy when our partners make more, nor feel insecure about it. Also, this signals a poor emotional maturity, because smart mature people aren't very influenced by toxic gender stereotypes.
