And the sad reality is, I don't see a large number of people who strive to become nurses and doctors. Some of them never make it to graduation, and others quit after working for a little bit. And the toxic attitude doesn't help to attract more individuals to go to the medical school.

Would I become a nurse if I knew about such a toxic culture? No. I bet other may consider other options too.
