Girl, I’m right there with you! I struggle with depression and anxiety, and one of the coping mechanisms for me is disengage and binge watch an absurd TV show. They often teach me something and even inspire me, so I stopped pre-judging them like that. But yes, I watched the Real Housewife of Toronto when I felt really sad last year (I’m Canadian). I sometimes watch the Kardashians for the same reason.
