As a Ukrainian, I learned something new today: that Yiddish was an official language of the Ukrainian People's Republic. It's embarassing I didn't know that.

I also learned there was online dating back in 2006. Or was it matchmaking? Anyway, it's amazing you guys met each other.

I'm sorry to hear about Daniil's lies. I hope he found treatment for his mental illness. Unfortunately, a lot of Ukrainians don't take mental health seriously, nor do they seek treatment often enoug. I hope Daniil was different. And I hope you both found peace and happiness.
