I agree and I’ve had a similar experience. I’ve only been to RL twice, once before covid and then after. I’d say the service quality decreased by 200-300%. I don’t go to restaurants, but I had a gig as a secret shopper during college, which allowed me to visit quite a few restaurants for free. My visit to RL was not a part of that job, but the post-Covid visit in 2021 was quite awful starting from entering the parking lot and all the way till the end.

I feel like if you are willing to drop $100-$150 on a seafood meal once a month, you might be better off hunting a travel deal to Japan and going there for a week. Not only the food would be exquisite, but it would cost much less. I’ve never been, but everyone always raves about Japan.
