I get that people make mistakes, but I think that girl should be charged with false accusations. I'm sorry if I appear mean, but people need to take responsibility for their actions and face consequences, ESPECIALLY when we're talking about such serious accusations.

Some of us think it's okay if it's the Internet. No, honey, it's not okay. And laws work on the Web as well. A precedent should be set and the accuser should pay for her life choices.
