I loved this article! As a Millennial, I’m planning to invest in real estate. BUT, I also want to diversify my investments. I’d like to have a few properties, however, stocks are on the top of the priority list. We’ll see how it goes.

What scares me most about the rental property is a possibility of the tenant refusing to pay. I’d like to rent every bedroom separately to lower the risk of failure to pay. But it’s still a lot of stress.
