I, personally, don't like plastic surgeries and many beauty procedures, but I don't understand why people comment on others' appearance. You don't like it? Great - keep it to yourself. Discussing a topic and bashing an actual person is very different.

I usually say that I don't like doing my nails or putting on too much make-up, because it makes me feel fake. It doesn't mean I see those things as fake on other people - it's simply how I feel... And I recently decided to cool down on using this phrase, because people start critisizing/defending themselves, while my intention is only to express MY feelings.
