I suggest you reach out to every government body in your country and in Robin’s country. Submit complaints to everyone: Better Business Bureau, the Ombudsman, the small business protection organizations - everyone. Even consider looking for non-profits that would give you advice. Pay a lawyer for a short consultation. This is totally unethical and most likely illegal.
