I totally agree. I wrote an article with similar thoughts a year ago! When you’re an ambitious woman, dating a “simple”, placid, unmotivated man can be a turn-off. If you like self-development, growth and achieving your dreams, dating someone with a different mindset isn’t a good idea.

Also, sometimes men with successful mindsets can be in a temporary pickle and may not appear super successful. I’m dating someone like that right now, and in the 3 months we’ve been together I helped him a little bit to improve his situation. He’s blossoming now. He has so many ideas and goals, it’s inspiring! I’m all for dating someone with similar mindsets and life views.
