I’m so sorry you were a victim of such situation, and so happy you were able to escape it. Unfortunately, not every person sees through the manipulation. I laughed while reading about your ex’s new wife. I hope she’s not in a similar situation and has resources to leave if she wants to. But it’s funny how the ex likely tried finding the next victim, and ended up having to do a lot of labour and likely being the sole financial provider.
