I’m surprised Peloton was successful even during the pandemic. I refuse to spend $2,000 for a bike and ENDLESSLY pay $50 per month for an in-home bike. I get it, it’s high-quality, they have excellent training programs and a while community. But you can easily buy a good quality $500-1,000 bike and use free videos to workout. Even if you want a premium workout app, it’s going to be $10-20 monthly, which is cheaper. You can’t even use your own shoes for Peloton, can you? I heard you need to buy their “special” shoes, otherwise you can’t use their bike. It’s insane.
