I’ve almost always been overweight, and when I got on anti-depressants I gained 50-60 points in 4 months despite eating less compared to the usual (meds can do that to you). However, I have always gave a very high self-esteem, never had any eating disorders and always called out companies for marketing their stupid programs and weight loss products.

Girls, you are beautiful. Boys, you are handsome too. I wish everyone had a high self-esteem and sense of security. All this nonsense shouldn’t exist; but sadly, it does. I 100% agree Facebook should stop recommending it.

The only person who should suggest you lose weight is your doctor. Being healthy should be the goal, regardless of what a stupid website tells you.
