Oh whoa, who would live with someone who is dating and/or sleeping with others? I don't think gender even matters here... It's not like women who live with men like that are any less of victims, haha.

The idea behind dating multiple people and then settling down for the kindest one who would agree to raise someone's child, while all you've been doing but neglecting them and sleeping with others... don't seem good to me. I'm someone who wouldn't mind being a step mom. However, there's a difference between supporting that child as being a step parent, and being chosen as a safe option after years of cheating and lying.
