One of the stupidest myths out there is the myth about starving artists. If you're a teacher, you deserve to get paid. If you're a banker, a paycheque is expected too. Take any job - no one judges you for expecting a compensation. And then, all of a sudden, if you're an artist who took on a sponsorship - you SOLD OUT. So dumb.
