My first guess was Trinity Bellwoods Park but there are many parks like that in Toronto. And we all know that it's super easy to solve the homelessness problem. The city where an average cost of a house is $1.2 million; the same city that collects A TON of money from taxes; is also the same city that has the power to give homeless folks permanent housing. This is a BS problem and I'm embarassed that Toronto hasn't solved it.
