The funny thing is, men like that are low-quality men. And according to the Reddit posts I've read (and I even conducted a few polls from several accounts), almost none of these men get any action. Sure, the ones who are pumped and conventionally attractive get more casual sex than others; but the vast majority gets almost zero. And when they do get sex, it has nothing to do with them "winning" girls over. They just get lucky by encountering women who are itchy for a quick sex and don't care about the guys; they screw those men and discard them most of the time. Some use those low-quality men for sex if it's kind of okay. There is no win. They just found a lady from wanted a f**k and didn't care much who comes over.

Another funny fact is, this tactics is ineffective. Such boys spend hours each day messaging women and playing the field, while all they have to do is start dating someone (not necessarily seriously; a plenty of women look for casual consistent dating), and sex will follow quite shortly. But you need to have skills and be interesting to women to do that. Most of those guys can't even get to the second date. Wasting their time and playing the numbers game speaks of their inability to think logically and figure out a more productive way to act; which also speaks of lack of intelligence.
