Unfortunately, the documents were not available or even in existence before the day I mailed them out. I'm not sure that I accepted the risk with FedEx when mailing those out though, as I had other other carriers to choose from. There is a point where my risk awareness ends and the company's accountability begins. FedEx and others cost a ton of money because they promise fast and smooth delivery. There was nothing smooth or fast in this case. When you charge a high premium for your services, you need to deliver (quite literaly in this case). I'm not trying to be a Karen, but there was a high cost associated with the delivery date they promised. All I wanted was to receive the service I paid for.
