Well, like I said, sometimes men just seek love and it leads them elsewhere. The Canadian man in my article who brought a Russian lady because he was lonely and needed help isn't a passport bro. Sometimes, people simply seek alternative arrangements. If your office guy did the same thing, if he loves his wife and respects her, if he sees her as an adult and an equal, there are no manipulation, disrespect and control attempts... Then he's just a guy who was lonely and found love from a woman in the Philippines. And his wife is, hopefully, happy and loved.

Now, suppose he's controlling and abusive and quickly "trapped" her with kids, and she cannot leave due to the lack of education and local work experience (not sure about language as Phillipino speak English perfectly, although folks from poor communities may not). In that case, that's a totally different story. But I hope it's the former. I don't automatically assume that someone who brought a spouse from overseas mistreats them. It's just that the spouse in question is usually a vulnerable party.

It's truly awful that some people call that girl a prostitute. The guy may not be sleazy at all.
