Sure, by the end of the day, all of our lives matter, and animals matter too... But this isn't the point of the protest! "Black lives matter" is about attracting attention to racism, to police brutality, and to the horrific statistics which shows that African-Americans are more at risk of being killed and hurt - not to mention discriminated against.

Sure, Karen, all lives matter. Animal lives matter. But, for God's sake, read up and learn about the idea behind the "Black lives matter" movement. Googling isn't that difficult.
