You are one of the first writers I discovered here, and I strive to one day quiz my job - also in finance - and write full-time. Well, to be fair, I actually like my job, sometimes I even love it. But I wouldn’t be doing it for free. I would, however, write without pay.

I know what you mean when you talk about falling in love with writing. It happened to me as well, and I bet it happened to other writers too.
