Your comment is an article of its own, and here's what I have to say:

1. Like you said, there are opinion pieces and there are science-based articles, or at least those that involve research and solid facts. This is an opinion piece. Similarly, I have articles that relay stories of my friends or others, which are also light-hearted, non-factual stories. The most recent story posted yesterday is about the history of French pastries; some of my favourite articles also involved facts and stats. If you don't like reading opinion pieces, then this format isn't for you.

2. I don't control what kind of stories blow up. I'm still shocked the algorithm picks my silly dating stories or opinion pieces like this. It was posted in January and maybe 100 people read it. For some weird reason, it blew up two days ago. We're in June. Why? I have no clue. I would much rather see my articles about Ukraine or French pastries blow up. But I have no control over this.

3. I write these pieces because writing is first as foremost my hobby, not just a way to earn extra cash. I also don't pick scandalous titles so I can clickbait people. This topic just happened to be on my mind in January, so I sat down and read what I felt, and about my experiences of being sexually harassed and targeted as a teen. Most mature folks in the comments agreed and shared their opinions too, including men. Some disagreed and still stayed civil. I don't have a problem with destructive criticism though; if it occurs, then it occurs.

4. It's cute how you called me a bigot while one of my most-read article is about toxic societal stereotypes men suffer from, and why those should cease to exist. But cool, why not.

5. If you're so concerned about me earning money from an article that originally made me maybe $10, that I wrote just because I felt like it and had no motivation to earn anything; then don't worry. I won't see any of that cash. Every dollar I have is being donated to Ukraine, and it's been this way since February 24rd, 2022.
